Liver disease is a disease that occurs when the liver is damaged which is quite good which causes liver function to be disturbed even if the damage is severe it will make the liver fail function and liver transplantation must be done.
Liver disease itself is divided into two, namely:
- Acute Liver Disease
- Chronic liver disease
And here are the causes of both acute and chronic liver disease
- Viruses (like hepatitis viruses)
- Drink heavy alcohol Certain drugs
- Exposure to industrial chemicals, including cleaning solvents, aerosolized paints and paint thinners.
As well as the following are symptoms of liver disease itself:
- Fatigue or weakness
- Jaundice (yellowing of eyes and skin)
- Fever
- Nausea and vomiting
- Dark Urine or very pale stools
- Pain under the ribs on the right side
